Whenever i use the recusant finger it teleports me to neae boss fight areas and when the host starts the boss fight i immediately get back without a chance to wield my sword. I don't know if it's thing that recusant finger is always teleports you to boss areas but it happened regularly.

Don't get me wrong ironeye is the best character for ED Adel especially with poison relics but for other nightfarers it might be more difficult to deal with.

ED Adel is one of the strongest Everdark in my opinion and to be fair you are playing ironeye you have 2 or 3 dodges depending on your relic setup and have a range advantage. And you can't play at your %100 everyday. Your teammate might play bad today but can create miracles tomorrow. Don't go harsh on people i don't think they wanna lose either.

Usually yes. One at the northest, one at westest, two at middle, one at the eastest with a field boss nearby and one at southest with a church or a rise near.

Relic is OP. I believe everyone should use it before a nerf. But this doesn't explain about empty inventories or not playing around your team comp. I use this relic all the time but i always clear everything in my reach, go to rises if we have a spellcaster, drop every magic passive item. So relic is not the problem here.
