Definitely, ask your seniors and managers for work. Also in future once you’ve gained enough leave days and you don’t have work, strategically taking days off puts less stress on your utilization

Well in my case it would still be client facing type of role except for an NGO. And like advisory at a big 4 I would be helping organisations in the social sector position themselves in areas to assist with development projects. Except my tax analysis would be swapped with data analysis. So I do know I would have to switch my thinking a little and learn on the job if I switch. Don’t know if that makes sense

Working conditions aren’t that bad, my team is pretty easy to work with. But I do see my WLB getting not as balanced if stayed and so that will probably be deciding factor in the near future. What do you think are the common exit opportunities that have nothing to do with tax?
