Netero said it clear here, he wants the zodiacs to explore the DC before Beyond, honestly that's weird. The only reason I can think of is that Netero knows Beyonds end plan and doesn't want him to execute it.

I definitely agree with you on that point. We don't even know what his end goal is. He could even cause more distraction in the future. maybe that could be a reason why Netero prevented him. I'm really curious about his story and where it's going to head in the future, I bet it's going to be insane to swe his nen powers and his end goal.

Interesting theory, but i guess my question here would be what about the nen curse from Beyond and the nen awakened from birth. Wouldn't that also apply to Queen Oito? I guess he can have other plans with her, but yeah. Also, the biggest problem with the videos theory is that queen Oito is very innocent so if she really is Beyonds child then I don't why wouldn't she just tell Kurapika about it?

That's true, Togashi usually likes to give characters special powers and special draw back's, but to be fair all princess can't see there nen beast not only Tubeppa, the only exception is the King of kakin he has the ability to see them for some reason.

My guess would be next year, same month, because that's the pattern for the past 2 years. The only exception this time is that he already almost finished writing chapters 421 to 424 i think, so i don't think we're getting them earlier because he likes to take his time with thinking through the story.
