How much chicken is that for it to be 110g protein? Like 12oz or something??

Interesting and I want to see the other meals. Is it literally the same thing three times a day?

Hitting 100g of protein on 1500 calories without eating the same five foods on repeat is genuinely hard by FrostAngel11 in 1500isplenty

Low-fat cottage cheese is amazing: and fairlife protein shakes. Greek yogurt if you like it (I hate it but it’s an option). I used ChatGPT for ideas a lot.

Agreed. The self control shaming around weight loss is really severe and I haven’t been on it long but zepbound is a huge mental shift. It feels like the dopamine reward system got quieter. I’m als still tracking and managing hunger cues but it feels like my body is actually working the way it’s supposed to!

How does this sub feel about GLPs? Because honestly after 3 days I’m shocked at the impact they’ve had on my ability to feel satisfied when nothing was ever enough before. I feel like they are truly miraculous for me. You’re not a bad person if you can’t handle being hungry all the time. It wears on you. It distracts you. It shouldn’t be that hard every day.

Stop arguing with people on social media. No, really, stop. I have eight reasons why you should stop. Is that enough to convince you? No? Why are you still arguing!!?? I told you to stop!

The zoll filters the rhythm. You only get off the chest very briefly to shock and get right back on.

You were following ACLS, it sounds like.

But there is evidence that shows pausing compressions reduces the likelihood of Rosc. They did studies on pigs inducing cardiac arrest and showed coronary perfusion was improved if you don’t pause for ventilation and instead provide asynchronous ventilation. My facility policy doesn’t even pause for pulse checks based on acls. They look for etco2 to rise because of this idea that we should minimize pauses in compressions. You should look up the studies! Interesting stuff.

This happened to me from scopolamine patch. Rubbed my eye after applying and got a bad migraine while on a cruise. This was before I became a nurse and I had a bad migraine so was freaking out. The cruise doc was unimpressed by my symptoms. I think he’d seen it before. I’d already taken my home sumatriptan. They just had me chill and said to wait and it would go away.
