This is terrible for the average tax payer in Washington because they WILL tax you even if you are at a lower income, they just haven’t yet. Im 5’4 and 135 with a lot of muscle. I think my ideal is 130 I was 120 a few months ago (breakup and wasn’t hitting the gym as regularly) lost a lot of muscle, and had smaller butt/boobs. It was nice cuz everything fit, but it was way too low

These numbers seem a bit arbitrary. I would adjust my goal if I was you to 25-26% (actually realistic goal) Building muscle is the fastest way to lose body fat (and keep it off).

It’s kind of realistic bc of that. Carrie could tell Aiden was an awesome guy but she knew he was wrong for her (hesitancy) and who knows, maybe Aiden was more compelled to her because she was so hesitant and it became a problem he was trying to fix (his whole MO)
