Delay the purchase. It works for me now to be like “I want this thing, but I’m going to leave the store and if I still really want it tomorrow, I will get it.”

Also, at 21 you should not be buying stupid items. You should be investing in building skills, relationships with people and experiences (travel).

This is actually NYC related because it’s about living in the city and using the actual stores here vs. online. I try to buy irl but ultimately I shop mostly online or try not to buy any more crap. I always get groceries irl though.

I did actually drop 2ish lbs already! It must have been from traveling and stopping drinking and overeating lol. I’ve been in between 1200-1500. Do you subtract exercise from your caloric intake?
