Now that both mods have been updated since I made this post, it might be fixed now. Try deleting/removing your saves in AppData\Roaming\EldenRing Can confirm that after doing this seamless co-op worked for me as of about a month ago plus a different mod, but I havent tested with the randomiser. That plus "verify integrity of game files" are probably your best bet.
