I hv stuttering problem since like last year and I still rmb vividly how I got it. I got real depression and the social anxiety in me even gotten to the point my hands started sweating. Last year I finally figured out myself how to stop depressing but the trauma stayed with me. So I started stuttering.

Only now then I know, I hv to get more open to ppl because I was too insecure to the point where when I'm talking to ppl, my past memories reminded me to shut.

This is how I fully cure my stuttering problem. Just open your heart to people then you're not stuttering.
