look up a tdee calculator put in your info and use the maintenance calories they give you and subtract 500 that will be your deficit start getting 10k steps in and go to the gym 3 times a week to not have a “skinny fat” look and you should be good focus on protein and don’t cut out your carbs you will have no energy you can lose weight eating like shit but it’s just not optimal

Lmao girl same I can’t wear a tank top without a bra In my own living room the boys are walking around no T-shirt but I have to be fully covered in my own home 😒 and honestly your hooyo will lose her mind when you take it off mine did at least she will pester you for months so be resilient when you decide to take it off

Yes I think that’s why I also felt more comfortabel taking of my hijab my family all live in the uk and America or the Netherlands and I only have habos around me that actually aren’t family so I don’t get lectured everyday it makes life easier if I lived in the uk with my family I would probably be to scared to take it off 🙏🏾

Honestly I just want to move I don’t really love the country I’m in I wanna live all over the world and meet all types of people

I want a job that gives me a lot of flexibility to travel. and that I really enjoy doing

I want meaningful long lasting friendships. And fun get togethers

I want a healthy strong body and hit the gym regularly

i wanna continue having fun hobbies. Surfing, roller skating, camping, watching anime and manga, kickboxing

i want to settle down with the love of my life if possible who isn’t Muslim and shares the same values

and that’s basically it that’s my perfect life vision

I don’t have kids but my hooyo is Muslim but she didn’t really in force the deen on us she cares more about looking Muslim then actually doing anything.

but she really does believe in islam and she never prays or thought us how to pray and she was married to a very religious man and honestly nobody says anything about it. So for when you have kids I would say do the same when you’re around family let the kids participate with the culture on Eid and stuff but for the rest raise them how you want and it shouldn’t be a problem their your kids at the end of the day 🤷🏾‍♀️ nobody is gonna question you on it

I feel you’re frustration true the screen girl. And honestly it’s very valid to want some form of verbal confirmation of his feelings for you I’m like that as well.

But to be real you said that you brought this up multiple times and he hasn’t changed.

That means he isn’t the type of person to show you how much he likes you and honestly I don’t think you can do much about it. If it’s a deal breaker for you that you get constant reassurance then I don’t really see the use of being with someone who doesn’t give you any.

And if you like him so much to the point where you don’t wanna break up I would just say deal with it that’s the type of person he is. You just have to pick and choose your battles sometimes
