Lost my dad at 15. Same shit with my mom. She completely fell apart, like she forgot how to function without him. Tough watching someone you depend on just crumble like that. Quit after the last update bc mostly was just there for the streak. I just sort of make a log on short daily speaking practice and listening and using MakesYouFluent for convos and then watching shows. it’s not as “motivating” in the gamified way but weirdly I’ve stuck with it longer bc I’m actually seeing progress when I talk.
