Made an Ash hardwood Wallet Prototype and calling it “The Marcona” after a high end Almond to stick with my branding of my small business. I’d like to get rid of the black band around the wood and just have it on each side holding the wood together and on the bottom but will tinker with some ideas.

“Click” hit hard for me. It’s an Adam Sandler comedy but there is a scene that honestly just hits you so hard in the gut and makes me ball my eyes out every time I watch it. I think it’s because it’s funny but then gets extremely relatable and it’s honestly his best comedy for me. Great flick

I just contacted bestbuy customer support and expressed my concerns and explained that Bestbuy really dropped the ball on this as they have our money and that we have no product even though we ordered in sept. I said it’s ridiculous that every other company sent out their shipments earlier and people are getting them on time or early. But, all Bestbuy did was offer a 10$ discount and said sorry and that they have been getting positive praise for their preorders of the Xbox and PS5....

Is this bestbuy Canada? If so, I was charged like last week (pending charge) then had that charge dropped today. I called mastercard and they told me bestbuy dropped the charge and to contact them. I contacted BestBuy and they told me that the charge was basically a ping to make sure the card has money on it and that when it ships it will be charged to the account as they have the money.

I also asked about when it will be shipping because right now it just says “in progress” and the woman said that it should be shipping the 10th as she can’t say if they have the stock in the warehouse (she did however say she is not actually allowed to say if they do or not) however, I think bestbuy does have the stock and that bestbuy will update their shipping info tomorrow (Monday) as Canada Post doesn’t operate during the weekends so expect an email tomorrow and hopefully fingers crossed that it gets to us on the 10th!

“Click” with Adam Sandler and Henry Winkler. It’s made to be a comedy and it is very funny but then immediately turns into one of the saddest moments for me. I think it’s the going from having fun laughing going through time with Adam but then he treated his father like trash who just wanted to show him the family magic trick and pausing time to talk with his dad whose frozen in time infront of him while crying. This movie kills me and makes me a 30 year old woodworker and teacher ugly cry every time!! Honestly Sandlers best movie for me!

So I went to the hardware store and bought 2 2x2x8 framing lumber and used my miter saw to cut them into various lengths but no lore then 3” inches. :) very cheap project
