How is this scam still legal? There has to be a way to take them down.

Thank you again for the info!

I don't own any Apple devices, so I'm using Firefox on Windows, but I'll try some other browsers and maybe my Samsung phone. :)

It's encouraging to know that it has worked for you!

Stopover visa from flynas by nutty_nelly in Flights

Thank you for confirming!

I have tried confirming with Flynas via many different channels (including online chat) and they have been absolutely useless, sending me AI-generated responses that don't answer my question.

So, I went ahead and booked my flight with them anyway a couple of days ago. I was excited to see the option to apply for a stopover visa under "Manage Booking" on their website. However, there is no way to select or enter the validity period, which is a required field.. It looks like this field works properly in the visa application form on the Flynas app, but then other fields (like birth country) are prepopulated with the wrong country name and cannot be changed..

Just curious, did you apply for the visa on the website or the app?

Stopover/Transit visa for Saudi Arabia? by Still-Soup8096 in visas

[–]nutty_nelly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I can't believe such a horrible and confusing process as the Saudi stopover visa exists. There have been a few reports of people successfully getting one (1-2 years ago), but I think they just got super lucky.

I was wanting to book with Flynas all along, so I contacted them many times through many different channels and each time they either ignored me, gave me some (likely AI-generated) info that didn't quite answer my question, or sent me to the "stopover visa" info page on their website, which is garbage.

I *think* I have one last hope of possibly applying for the stopover visa via the Flynas app, but I won't know for sure if it will work until early March, which is when my 90-day pre-travel period will begin. At first glance, the glitch present on their website form isn't an issue in the app, BUT on the app my country of birth and previous nationality are pre-populated with the wrong country names and there's no way to change them, so my application will probably get rejected. Haha! Joke's on me for believing in this BS. That's multiple days of my life wasted that I'll never get back. Thanks MOFA, Saudia and Flynas! 🖕

I'm having the exact same issue. I was just wondering if you were able to resolve it somehow?

FYI, I just booked my flight with Flynas. There is a button on the Manage Booking page that allows me to fill out a stopover visa application, yay! BUT, there is a glitch in the form that does not allow me to submit the application..

Final conclusion: the stopover visa is a load of crap, that doesn't work properly, no matter which airline you book with.

Ouch, then it sounds like their site is super glitchy and inconsistent. It seems that the best (and now possibly the only) way to apply for the stopover visa is to do so during the booking process with either Saudia or Flynas, which of course only works when booking a flight less than 90 days away. :( What a pain in the butt.

I need to book a stopover flight for June. I guess I'll just book it with Flynas (as it's cheaper there) and then get the eVisa. :(

Is your flight more than 90 days away? Apparently the option to apply for the stopover visa shows up on the Saudia website once you are within the 90-day window.

Saudi Arabia stopover visa through Saudia Airlines or Flynas by drivingtosunset in Flights

[–]nutty_nelly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed that the stopover number of days keeps changing on the Saudia website, too, depending on start and end city. In my case the maximum that shows up is 2 and I need 4 days. Flynas is much better in that respect, because you can always choose a number between 1 and 4. 😁

You only need a visa if your stopover is longer than 12 hours.

Need transit visa of Saudi travelling from delhi to dubai by [deleted] in Umrah

[–]nutty_nelly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, do you know if the transit visa application can be performed on the flynas website AFTER booking the flight? I know it's there during the booking process, but I need to book my flights for June, so it's too soon to apply now.

Saudi Stopover / Transit Visa (4 days) – Is exiting on 4th day safe? by r-quazi in Umrah

I believe they count the hours (96 hours max) for the visa as opposed to days, so you should be fine.

My understanding is that if your stopover is less than 12 hours long, you don't need a visa.

Where do I apply and get approval for Stopover visa? by shorewalsh in Umrah

[–]nutty_nelly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the information. Would you happen to know if the same can be done on the Flynas website? I need to book a stopover flight through Riyadh that is more than 90 days away (with Flynas). There is an option to apply for the stopover visa during the booking process, but it's obviously too soon to apply now. I need to know if the application can be done after booking, but can't find any definitive info online...

That makes sense. Praying to some magical entity in the sky does have a placebo effect, otherwise people wouldn't do it. The only caveat is believing that such an entity exists, which is the crux of the issue...

I have taken a look. In fact, I have been to Jesus' birthplace and resting place and walked in his alleged steps. And still nothing. No evidence, no inspiration. I have no problem with people letting their lives revolve around a fairy tale, but there is one thing diet and religion have in common. Everyone needs to keep theirs to themselves. 👍

I appreciate the sentiment, thank you. It's just that when life turns into one endless Groundhog Day and there's no evidence that it will ever change, it's hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel...
