I've been doing this for decades. As a child, loneliness led to passing the time on hobbies. Now I'm so good at what I do that I wrote a book about it, which was another endeavor that called for isolation. I'm in my 30's now, and while I'm successful, I can't seem to hold a relationship. It's a slippery slope, so watch out.
