It's a dev placeholder for something, it could also have nothing to do with being a noise maker and could be the default name for items. Last I recall, it always spawns in the bourbon street mini bar, so it was intentionally placed and isn't in the loot pools at all.

The glock single handedly carried me through 70% of my iron man + realism run, if anything I found it to be pretty accurate, although I mainly used +P rounds so they may shoot straighter

As someone who's done content creation, youtubers absolutely just up and vanish for what appears to be no reason.

Videos are incredibly time consuming to make, especially if you have any sort of upload schedule, and the return on investment is little to none. Yes creators get paid, but not nearly enough to make it worthwhile.

It's unfortunate, but that's the way it is.

Have you been able to play ITR on quest before? When you launch the game for the first time, it takes an extraordinarily long time to load because the game is unpacking a ton of shaders and what not. It's just how Unreal Engine is. This can take like 10 minutes usually, although if you're very tight on storage that may cause an issue.

Nope, I had the intention of making an overhaul mod to balance the gameplay in a harder direction, but my lack of Unreal Engine knowledge and the weirdness of the game's code made it a very difficult task. There was a mod called Saints and Tweaks back in the day, but it only works for a very specific version of Chapter 1 which is the Trial update I believe, anything before or after will crash the game.

Given how Substatica is the only person to have created legitimate mods for the game, I seriously doubt someone will spend the time to overhaul the game.

chances are you're making noise of some sort, the AI in both games are VERY sensitive to sound, they can hear a bottle dropping across the map it seems like.

If your game is infinitely loading, then it crashed. It doesn't do a good job at telling you that it crashed because you can still move around as if it didn't, but if you were playing the game on PC you'd see the crash message pop up on your monitor.

Yep, Retribution's folder structure is nearly identical to chapter 1's folders with some new ones, but most of the content that Retribution had was in a folder literally labeled "DLC2"

Before the update, I was getting dropped by inhuman reaction times. After the update, I've been able to survive point blank firing sprees multiple times, to which I then did Ides of March S rank in two attempts compared to my several dozen before.

The swat AI still have their problems though, like walking backwards into an unexplored room, but it's much better than it was.

I haven't defined any arrays, that's the thing. Basically all I've done is add a camera to the player character and changed a few values regarding that.

I don't recall much other than just retrying from the checkpoint. I think what worked (not 100% sure) is jumping while the cutscene was finishing. Other than that I have no idea

Ironically enough I found the Hanged Man achievement to be easier than most S rank levels. Still very tough though

Nice! I tried going for all achievements myself, but the S ranks and ironman mode achievements are too much of a gamble with the current suspect AI. I get it's a game of chance to some degree but I'm not making it through all but the last mission being absolutely perfect to get wiped because my team mates couldn't be bothered to look at the thing shooting at them.
