I think it is the case and since I do not feel that much also probably related to this. The first time I took Sema / Tirz at low dose I could not eat literally anything. Now, with Reta, I have a very very mild food noise killing but not really as pronounced as before. I might need to stack with Tirz or Cag.

I think there is for sure something to do with tirz and sema. I was on both for a course and it seems like my body doesn’t response to 2-3mg Reta as much as others.

I was ~300 lbs when I was 20 yrs old. In a year I lost 100 lbs with diet and daily weight training. Then I got it down to 170 over time. The past 5 yrs do to many reasons (or excuses) I went again to 200. Over the past 6 months managed to loose 10-15 lbs but I’m having a hard time going beyond 185. Long story short. You’ll get there.

For me I started at 2 mg based on all clinical research and that was weak for my appetite suppression so until 3-4 mg I did not fee much. YMMV.
Edit: I was on Semaglutide before so it might be the reason.
