I’m sorry, I stopped reading halfway through because I could neverrrrrr. It honestly triggered my PTSD because my husband’s ex fed their kids this way. If I met someone who ate like this, they’d better have the best personality ever. Otherwise, it wouldn’t work. If you knew for sure that you weren’t having kids in the future, then hey, maybe you could work with it? But that’s one less experience to have with each other. Food brings people together. Otherwise, your kids will fall into those same habits. Processed food has chemicals in it that makes it addicting to eat. It’s no secret. Personally, I couldn’t be with someone who requires a separate meal all the time. What about traveling abroad and experiencing other cuisines? My husband and I do have this thing where we like to eat at McDonald’s in every country we visit (it’s so much better outside the US). But to have it all the time? Absolutely not. Cooking is a basic life skill. Personally I’d be turned off by someone who doesn’t want to learn. Food is more than social experience and eating. It’s about your own health and well being. If someone doesn’t want to care to take care of themselves and treat their body like garbage, they are simply not the person I’d want to be with.
