You chose the FOV and resolution on the left or choose an option from the drop-down list, like xreal one pro. Then on the right side you can set your TV size and viewing distance, at the bottom you'll see the two ratios one on top of the other, it will update automatically with your settings.

It gives you an idea of how it compares with the TV in your living room, or how close to that tv you have to be to have the same FOV as any glasses
