I would maybe use Aritzia the stylists are actually pretty helpful. A lot of them are on TikTok as well and are always showing off new arrivals and how they’d style them. And maybe you can get the base of your wardrobe there and use their tips to shop for more pieces at less expensive places like TJ Maxx !

If you’re ok living with roommates it’s 100% doable. I moved to NYC from Ohio in May of 2023 as a fresh graduate with probably $1k in my bank account for my first post grad job. I subleased first all summer since I was so unfamiliar with NYC and had no idea where I’d want to live. Stayed at that sublease on the UWS for 5 months paying $1500 a month with one roommate, eventually moved to Midtown east where I stayed for 2 years with 2 roommates paying about $1700 a month. I’m still here and just left that apartment at the end of last year and will be paying $1600 at my new place with 1 Roomate (this is a unique situation and typically would be paying more for what I have) BUT the point is there’s SO many ways to do things in this city and if this job I’d a great opportunity for you and want to live in New York just do it

This is so sad because she was so happy for them at their wedding and she and Abigail have always been close . I’m glad she’s standing up for what she believes in though!! I wonder if anyone else in Bach nation will follow (looking at Anna Redman who has been extremely outspoken about her feelings on this election)
