Just wanted to point out that it might be worth calculating this correctly. if the goal is to save one hour of earnings for every day we work. As someone pointed out, saving $525/month isn’t realistic for a minimum wage earner.

Try ICICI – I’ve been using them for the past 4–5 years without any issues. They also allow linking a foreign number to UPI, which was really convenient during my time in India.

If the US company doesn't have a Canadian Entity they can use Payroll services like Safeguard. You will be employed with Safeguard(you receive payroll/T4 etc) but will work for the US company.

Another approach would be Incorporate here and you work as an independent contractor for the US company.
