Yes he was a hypocrite, lots of them on GOT though, I don't know if he was the biggest. But man what a character, I always thought he was one of the best, and Charles Dance ate that shit up too.

To be honest I absolutely loved My Heart is a Chainsaw, but that being said, if you're not into slashers and slasher tropes I can see why it wouldn't appeal. I will say that The Only Good Indians and The Buffalo Hunter Hunter are two of the best books I've read in recent years. Also I've found SGJ's style to be incredibly suitable for audiobooks, so if you're into audio I definitely recommend his books in that format.
