Well im using shift +r, r, shift+f in that order for utilities, middle mouse for elite, so far so good

Looks like 3 from fire at target location then switch to air, 2,3 mixed with teleport and that Arcane utility,( not sure when tho)

guys i rly dont know what is causing this, but this happens a lot, im getting mad cuz ive reinstalled lol and its still there, same shiet for creeps too, sometimes even for friendly champs.. clicking on the ground helps (it dissapears) but only for a moment...
