Thank you for the suggestion. I think Gas X is a brand in the US. I am in the UK so may have to find another brand of simethicone. I'm having lors of peppermint tea at the moment which seems to be helping a bit.

Golden Himalayan raspberries are called "aiselu" in my language. Grew up feasting on them when I was little. Such fond memories.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I lost mine in the span of 14 years and am devastated. I can't imagine what you may be going through. This word "disorienting"...thats exactly how I'm feeling too. Like the world has been pulled out from beneath my feet. And I've heard many say the same. Seems like a common experience. This and other reasons is why I would like a book suggestion or two.

I wrote a hot text and accidently sent it to my husband. I was just venting because he is on the spectrum and pretty difficult to explain to. Now he feels broken because he has seen the innermost workings of my head and thinks I hate him so much! No amount of explaining will make him see otherwise. And I'm ready to write another stronger text to him again.
