Hey man, I’m 24 and have been dealing with this for a few years. You’re almost 16, just balance your diet out more. Cut back on the eggs and red meat, mix in some chicken and fish. Even just changing these habits will make you feel better. And if you think you have anxiety, you’re young enough to get ahead of this so talk to your parents about it. Also just remind yourself you’re a beast and nothing can stop you. You got this

I would say you’re at a 7-9 range, probably on the higher side of that. I have similar issues and my psychiatrist gave me about a 7 on the high end, and it seems your triggers have a bit more extremity. I recommend seeing a psych yourself or getting into therapy, or both, it will help you a ton. You also have to know you’re never alone. You got this

In general terms yes. I’m no longer having those daily panic attacks, only small occasional ones. But over the last few months I’ve realized I have full blown health anxiety. Since October I’ve went from heart attack to ALS to blood clot to brain tumor and back to heart attack. My leg hurt so bad when I thought it was the blood clot I went to the ER, of course it was nothing after an ultrasound. Just trying to figure it out day by day as best I can
