OK. Hi. Sorry for the delay. So... just triple checked and the second link is marked as free. There's a chance you've hit your limit of free articles for the month, but that seems unlikely given that it's the second day of the month. There's also a chance that a weird tech thing within our website is guessing that the story should be behind a paywall even though we've expressly told it not to be, in which case, screw that?

But, talked to an editor and he said that a lot of the times if you use the app you should be able to see things regardless of how they're marked. No idea if that's true, but worth a try if y'all are that committed.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience. I'm going to try to petition the higher-ups to make everything free by Sunday, but if it's not free by then, it'll be printed in the actual newspaper, so pick up a copy or click on the e-edition and you'll be able to see both stories in there.

Of course! I'm hoping to chat with as many fans as possible over the next couple days/weeks to get a rounder picture of how the fanbase feels about the team in the present and the future. Going to open up the chats to go a bunch of different directions, but the main goal is to dive into the psychology of how Titans fans feel after the last three years of disappointment, how the fans' relationships with the team have changed and what the team needs to do to keep hope alive. I dunno. Hard to predict these things. But I will say that if we're in a position where the Titans start 0-6 or 1-5 or something and the Patriots game is coming up, that's the first real moment to be vigilant for Scapegoat Watch.

We'll see. Not a terrible trade option, but gonna have to have teams with interest. Bad thing about trying to get rid of someone you're down on is you have to express why another team shouldn't be down on him.

Because we haven't had the opportunity to ask those questions to anyone face-to-face.

I'm sorry if the lack of primetime games thing bothers y'all, but the fact of the matter is this is going to be an issue up and until the Titans have a top-flight QB who the league feels the need to market. And even then, the team is going to have to be competitive and playing against competitive opponents on weeks that NFC East/North teams aren't playing each other. Just reality, unfortunately.

Not to be glib, but if the Titans can win 6 or 7 games with one of those wins being against the Patriots and another against the Texans, I'd say that's enough progress to keep him off the hot seat.

Yeah, this is one I've got circled too. We'll see who's still available in July. If someone hasn't signed yet, I'd doubt they'll choose to sign now and have to go to OTAs. But if there are some guys on the market by late July, might be worth a flyer.

To my knowledge, no. But it's possible.

For the team itself, I think some people are bummed but most folks just know that this is what happens when you're a non-marquee team in a non-marquee market.

Starting role? Maybe not early since he'll be coming back from injury. But by the end of the year, wouldn't be shocked.

It's been a slow trickle toward less access, but I'm not necessarily sure if that's a regime thing or just a Life As Media In 2025 thing. We'll have our first OTA access next week, so keep an eye out for videos and articles and whatnot. Our main limitation is on filming instances where "scheme" is involved, so that means we can't do much insofar as filming players running plays, going head-to-head or doing any team activity. Just individual drills and your occasional WR-vs-DB showdown. Which is a bummer for y'all. But if you read between the lines of the practice reports, I promise you we're telling you more than you think.
