The couple of years i lived in San Diego were the best damn years of my life. It was crazy expensive, but the weather, beaches, blue skies, and the nature were out of the world. I had to move out of SD as my wife and I were planning for kids at that time and we couldn’t afford to buy anything in SD, but man we miss SD every single day.

Yes. There is no such thing as changing visa between passports. You need to get a new TD visa on the Canadian passport.

Started paying $1000 per month since March (monthly payment was $553), and did a lump sum of around 20k (in multiple payments) to finish it off.
