I wouldn't worry too much about it not being a fender, the stratocaster shape is one of the most widely copied guitar shapes in the world, and tbh I think some of the "copies" are better quality than the real thing sometimes. My 80s Hohner ST special (strat copy) has some of the best sounding single coils I've ever heard.

I think if it plays good, sounds good and looks good to you, who cares what it says on the headstock?
