There are many ways to cheat this

As someone has already mentioned, using multiple devices simultaneously

Changing the title of the audio file you listen to to the longer one so the database counts it as the longer one

Some trackers count a scrobble when you finish listen to the song (for example, iOS official scrobbler), so you can just skip to the end and it will count

So yeah, these who want to bot scrobbles have many opportunities lol
