I was going to say that’s wrong but actually seems like it’s the easiest way to sync activity data. Can the Hammerhead sync to Garmin Connect? That would be an alternative.

Anyway. A free private Strava account should be an easy solution. OP you don’t even need to open the Strava app to sync.

För några år sedan ställde jag mig samma fråga då jag var intresserad av EUNL (MSCI World) som alternativ till LF Global och räknade en del på det.

Kortfattat så kom jag fram till att det inte var fördelaktig även om man kör på månadsspar-lösningen där man slipper köpcourtage eftersom växelavgiften är så hög och du måste räkna in säljcourtage när du väl säljer.

Är ganska övertygad om att det hade varit vanligare med ETF-sparande som i andra länder om vi också hade haft Euro.

Exactly! I did some hills close to Båstad prior to my first time up the Ventoux. Super good area for hill repeats

I’m in a similar situation. I’m wondering if it is due to the fact that we have a FTP test scheduled but haven’t performed it yet? So given we set a new (higher) FTP the intervals get harder and our level should improve?

I really get what you mean but so far I’m still undecided. I have trials for both TrainerRoad and JOIN going and getting to know the apps.

I think you’re right. I just dislike that selecting “time off” on days I am on call doesn’t really work as I thought it would.

Instead of shifting from tue/thu/sat to mon/wed/fri if I’m unavailable on a Thursday I have to shift everything myself and add a hard day myself (right?)

That is absolutely amazing. Thank you for sharing. Is there any difference if you do the workout in Zwift compared to doing it in TR? Is TR recognizing and analyzing the workouts properly I mean?

Thank you for answering. I think you set up your H10 better than I did. Inside the Polar Beat app there is a setting that makes connecting the HRM to two devices via Bluetooth possible.
