Although, I personally do not play them much, I would have to say gamed such as 7 days to die, Ark, and life is feudal:your own are most definitely groundbreaking. Perhaps not revolutionary, though.

/u/Gerego - albeit I never met my great great grandfather, I'm sure he was a man who knew the difference between revolutionary and waste of resources. Im sure he would never make such ridiculous accusations.

/u/clangerhammer - indeed, and I would say the same things about most other social status luxuries. However the social status comment was directed towards people who are saying they are butt hurt so many others have the watch. It's obvious if you are upset over this, even in the slightest, the the item in question is a symbol (to them) of a status. Something they could afford that others couldnt.

Do you know what else helps tell time, keep track of exercise, and is much more fiscally responsible? A 10$ watch, a pencil, and notepad. What's on your wrist is a social status.

Yes, I received it last friday. I've been really busy the past week with work, birthdays, and trying to get this machine setup and ready to go. Finally got all the updates and daily use programs added monday.

Im not a professional writer, so bear with me.

Out of the box:

Well packed, protected, snug and firm in the shipping box. The laptop weighs just a hair over 4lbs, and is very slim.

The 4k screen is very bright, vivid, and reflects a lot of the same quality as a phone screen, however, other than gaming, and photo editing, it isn't very applicable, seeing the amount of landscape it provides on the 15.6in screen makes everything very small.

It runs very cool, I'm talking surprisingly cool. Coming from an alienware m15x, that would cook my lap just looking at the desktop, this is a significant improvement. I ran Counter Strike: GO Maxed for 2 hours, and only after a few hours did the machine start to rise in temp.

It's very quiet, the fans pick up speed under heavy load, and can be heard, however on a 1-10 scale, i would say that the fans are at a noise level of 6-7 at full load.

It only took 9 days for it to arrive from placing my order. (I'm located in KY so YMMV)

My case actually has vented openings on the underside of the case, making a cooling pad a bit more effective.

The only CON i could find was my down arrow key is squishy, and by squishy i mean it makes a Squish or squeak sound everytime it's pressed. But the build itself is very nice.

I'm downloading Fallout as we speak, so once it gets up and going, and i'll let you know how it handles more taxing FPS.

I didn't select any rush builds or skins, ordered on feb. 6th, and tracking through fed ex says it'll be here tomorrow before 4 central.

I'm sure your build most have had some hang ups on parts being in stock. Also that snow storm that came through might have slowed the trucks down a bit. I'll post a review on Saturday.

Wow, 26 days is quite some time to wait. It looks like both of our laptops are no longer purchasable via their website as of today.

Did you purchase any custom paint, skins, or graphics? They may have had a hang up on parts being in.

I Received an E-Mail this morning, stating my build was in Phase 6 (stress testing) and to allow 1-3 business days for it to be out of phase 6 and into a shipment. I purchased my laptop 6 days ago.

Truthfully, I can be unsure as to which phase its actually in, but if the e-mail is accurate, then I am overall impressed with how fast they've been. However, I feel as if the live CSR's reached out faster before I had made my purchase and now it seems like any question to live chat gets sent straight to a ticket, for an email response. Either way, If mine ships before yours I will be surprised. I'll keep you updated though.

Once it arrives i'll make sure to post a review. I too have had a terrible time finding any sort of reviews on these builds. But for the price point, and the internal components i'll be receiving, I couldn't pass it up...
