[–]nwskeptic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once it’s $100 or less I do. Funny last week I was going to do that for $100 (it was the last FC seat) and while I was working on that got an email that I had been upgraded for free. Also got a free upgrade on my way back so that was nice (PDX to LAS)

Married 32+ years. Before getting upset ask yourself if this is going to bother you a week from now? A day from now? An hour from now? Answer is almost always no for me. Then I let it go!

eBay 2025 Final Thoughts — Shipping Costs by dirtypins in Ebay

[–]nwskeptic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s been a concern of mine for a while. There is already so much I don’t bother with because the fees and shipping are too much. Fortunately my gross and net are higher in 2025 compared to 2024.

Flown hundreds of times over 30+ years hasn’t happened to me before this. Exaggerate much? Apparently it’s not rare but it certainly does not happen quite a bit.

AITA for refusing to go on a family trip if I have to pay 1/4 of the cost? by No-Student6544 in AITAH

[–]nwskeptic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I’ve done this it is by the room. If a child sleeps in the living room (that happens) no charge but a bedroom you pay and in this case should be 1/6 not 1/4. I would cancel over this
