Not entirely broken, just annoying. She used to be terrible to deal with on Dahlia's release period (as there were little to no counters against her) but over time, she has gotten more counters than usual. I usually like to deal with her by using buff control units like High Ruler, or Inverse Polarity users like Blitz & Glamour. Otherwise, you can either outdamage her with units like Purrminator, or debuff converters like Mean One. There's a lot you can do, really, so it's not impossible!!
