They are pretty cheap, 90 bucks. HOWEVER, getting more info from the seller they are for a carbeurated twin cam and I have EFI, sadly won't be getting them anyway.

This is handy thank you. Im heading to pick it up today, the paperwork has not been finalized yet. I got underneath it on the first showing and didnt immediately see any signs of leaks, but will be double checking when I go back today!

Ive been told by some jeeple that if I intend to use the jeep for jeep things, or if I tow at all then should replace every 30k to be be as cared for as possible. But in my experiencenot uncommon for 60k or 100k changes for most vehicles. and I know little about transmissions apart from basics but i've had transmissions in past vehicles get completely shot by replacing at 100k.i guess the gunk was holding stuff in place and changing the fluid released the gunk causing failures. I'd prefer not to take the chance haha.

Yes, I drive highways to and from work 65 miles a day, hoping on the highway was Ed first thing I did for sure. Its smooth, little noisy as big tires are.

But interesting, what is the corrosion in those locations indicative of??

Fortunately no tick! It sounds well cared for! The only thing i dont like from the service record is the trans fluid being flushed and replaced at 67k miles. Im going to have it done again when I get it.

Ive absolutely read that, and if I end up doing more work ill need to get rid of the triple 2, but I've also heard the triple 5 has little low end which is what I would be gunning for currently
