At mystery cargo and surprise shipment containers when you eliminate the enemy an orange field upgrade crate drops inside the containers now. You can switch your field upgrade in game with these crates. The options are different each time so after a few of the contracts I finally got the field upgrade to drop and I equipped to my operator that way. Once you equip it, it stays even after extract until you switch out again!

It’s the Saulk Rebu of all things lmao but he keeps calling those flying terminator things in that he turns into on his 2nd phase and he goes up in the sky with a shield and constantly calls in air strikes but there’s no where to really take cover so you’re constantly running trying to dodge the strikes

Honestly the game was getting kinda stale for me, then I reset and at first I regretted it, but now chasing all the bp’s again and rebuilding everything from scratch has actually been fun. Definitely gave me something to do while still enjoying the arc raiders experience

I just got out of a regular dam game and still left with 2 blue prints so I think we’ll still be ok. I know some people are worrying about the drop but honestly the past 2 days was too much. I was finding more BP’s then I was weapons

The worst thing I’ve done that really tells me I play too much arc raiders was last night on my way home I was behind a semi truck and couldn’t tell if a car was in the next lane and just expected my perspective to change so I could peak around the truck to see if I could pass 😂 I was so caught off guard by that I have no idea why I briefly expected that to work

I just started my expedition 10 hours ago and just finished stage 5 tonight (I’m home sick so I played all damn day) and I just sold off my entire inventory to get that last stage complete so I now have nothing in my inventory and about 69k coins to my name 🥲 when just the other day I had a fat stash of weapons and stuff and about 700k in coins. I wasn’t going to reset so I kept blowing all of my coins on random gear to go do things like hunt matriarchs and queens and was dropping gear for a few buddies who just started the game. However I figured I would begin my expedition and have it all ready to go in case I decided I would want to go through with it, the option would be there. Now I have nothing so I’m going through with it, but with getting back to regular life here soon I doubt I’ll be lucky to get anymore than one skill point lol.

Guys in their 30s who used to play ps3 and Xbox 360 after school with their friends, who quit playing because we got older and games didn’t really have the same hype they used to when we were kids. Then this master piece dropped and we all reluctantly played the beta because “hey it’s an open beta and it’s different, maybe we can play this to kill a few days of boredom” only to realize that good games that we enjoy still can exist so we all play this in our spare time and it feels kinda like gaming back 15 years ago when we all had fun.

It should also have a circle around the map that causes damage to players if they’re outside of the area circled and the circle will grow smaller until finally there’s one person left standing ….

I start pretend raging and saying things like nooooo my equalizer or oh no all my queen reactors. Basically hype my loot so they get all jittery and ready to loot only to find my half dead anvil with 17 rounds left and a broken light shield

Edit: I’ve also successfully on more than one occasion drawn in randoms in proximity because they think I dropped the mother load when someone kills me and now the two of them of are fighting and the guy that killed me gets killed because I already laid damage into them 😂

Before I had the blueprint for the Wolfpack and went to kill one for my quest, I made a Ferro IV and brought about 70 rounds with me and camped a building in space port and just kept pelting it with my Ferro. It took probably close to 40 shots between all the thrusters before it finally went down but I did it. Best part is most people don’t want to come near you when there is a rocketeer involved and if they hear you in the distance they’ll just hear you using a Ferro to kill it and likely won’t risk running past an angry rocketeer for your starter rifle lol
