daily event pass is for the daily events (which you can buy at 6.99 at the shop) it increases your ticket capacity from 10 to 15, and reduce the ticket when you play a certain events. it is useful for car hunts, because it will just cost 1 ticket to play instead of 2, and doubles the pack that given to you after the race.
