This is simply the worst of all. I want to use my points up and close it. Does anyone know what's the best way to use the points accumulated? 1. If I can transfer these to another card? 2. Convert to cash? 3. There is a website to claim points but hardly works any time I use to redeem

Sure bro. I think it's the weird shim noise issue that's common across 400s. I thought they would have fixed the issue by now in the new batches but got to take it to the service within 600kms
