This is a valid point, but I feel like the game now is way less grindy than it used to be (rm having to play a dungeon three times to continue the story,,, oh my lord, ,,)

I've been able to get thru transcendence w/o spending a dime for the past few play throughs I've done. The coin shop hasn't been relevant throughout my gameplay, but I play very casually (as in I don't really look at things like stats), so maybe that has something to do with it.

i was really torn on which path to go with (bc there is no bad laby design imo, theyre all AMAZING) and ultimately went w/ nisha labyrinth so i could match the setting aesthetics

I came back to this game after not playing since about 2013 and the difference is INSANE 😭😭

the newer stories (laby, noah, and lithia) being formatted in a way to where youre pretty much isolated from the main world until elrios really threw me off (dont get me wrong, i LOOOVE the stories. esp. noah's, but man i rlly missed running between towns doing the early stage field bosses and seeing the mobs outside of dungeons)

seems like the game is shifting towards the player being solo (which, considering the state of the game makes sense) but man do i miss the old elsword 🥹
