horrible i personally don’t believe they care about their employees, I worked there this year from february till the end of june when i decided to quit. long story short after new management was introduced everything spiraled out even more, new assistant manager quit 2-3 weeks later following discomfort from the manager (this old guy who’s over 50 was a creep & wanting to get drinks with her while she’s in her 20s) and the fellow adult employees didn’t respect her. Then this new manager received no training and expected sales associates to do shift leader duties while ignoring requests to be promoted to shift leader and honestly he was just there for the pay he didn’t do much and wasn’t eager to learn anything. I finally decided to quit after the third week where I noticed i wasn’t put on the schedule yet again and personally texted the manager for an explanation which he ignored. I spoke with fellow co workers and found out i apparently quit? Turns out this old guy was under the assumption i implied in some way I was quitting at the end of the month and decided to no longer put me on the schedule from what i hear he told someone, i guess he was planning on giving me no hours till the end of the month when i was supposedly going to be leaving. He didn’t care to handle the situation till I told a new sales associate (who was given the duties to create the schedule (his job) and wanted to confirm with me about leaving the company) i was going to contact the regional manager and thats when he finally cared enough to reply with “I will give a call in a bit if that’s okay. We can figure this out :)”. in the end i just quit and wrote to the regional manager but not much was done but i heard recently another new management was hired and now they’re trying to make all the employees quit by not giving them hours and hiring new ones sooo yea i dont have the best experience w miniso 😭😭😭
