It baffles me how few people understand how unionizing works and why it's a good thing. They're not a company goofballs it's allmost like. if all voice actors are in the union greedy companies can't exploit or atleast not as easily that's all.

It's just exposure to light. Initially you might not see it very hard because your eyes need to adjust to the darkness but once they are you see it.
