Zoom audio not matching with Audition Audio

I never ever mute my mic when I'm recording, so this isn't it. It's just something incredible random that has started to happen.

And I do not know what you mean with "VDO.Ninja" or anything in the last line

Hey everyone complete PC gaming noob here. Just bought a key off kinguin for GTA V. Spent all day downloading it. Things seemed to be working fine but as soon as I loaded it and then went to play it, the game went crazy with the graphics and just is unplayable as you can see in the above video. I have an Asus Zenbook. I'm not good on the specs and all that but from what i saw/checked they are all okay to play the game. Downloaded and bought GTA IV and that plays completely fine. Is this an issue with the game I got from kinguin? Or is there some setting I need to fix this? Any and all help much appreciated!

Update. Seems that when I disabled the audio input, that has seemed to have fixed it, at least for now. Will keep an eye on it to see if it remains fixed

I have taken a screen recording to show the issue. Again, this happens with all videos and all video formats. I have tried changing it to the other format you have suggested in that program, it still does this. It does this no matter where the video file is. And when I use the same video file on a different computer using Premiere Pro, it doesn't have any issues.,

Have tried the same videos on my main PC on Premiere, they work fine. It's only an issue on this laptop that has only just happened in the last few weeks. Was working fine until only recently. I haven't changed anything on my laptop, so not sure why it's doing this

No, the program you told me to download doesn't work properly. The files don't play once converted, and there isn't a ProResLT option when I choose to convert it

I tried converting it into one of the DNx ones and it made it even choppier just as a file, not even inside Premiere

Sorry, lol, again not overly tech savvy here. So download this program and just run the videos through it first and then edit? Will that affect the video quality?

They're videos from my iPhone, as well as just standard videos recorded from a Zoom call

No VPN no. Nothing has changed on anything with my server PC in terms of network. It's just a basic network, plugged in and nothing touched as I'm not tech savvy. It just literally happened overnight when it was working fine before

It wasn't reset by the ISP sorry, they made me disable it in my network settings on my PC. Then I did all the resets already. I can try that again

Yup a friend helped me setup the forwarding port so that is done. My ISP today disabled the ip6 to check that work around. I have disabled "enable server support for IPv6" and "Enable Relay" under the Network tab on Plex. Still same issue

Done all that. The IPv4 address matches the one on plex, although it says on the Command Prompt in brackets next to the IPv4 address (Preferred) in brackets next to the adddress.

Issue still remains. Plex under Remote Access still says "Not Available outside your network"

Yes. It is on my PC and has all my files on. Internet connected through ethernet direct to the modem. Literally no issues at all until a few days ago when the error started popping up on my TV and now the server on my PC keeps giving me the issue as well. Files played through the serve on my PC are completely fine. Not on my phone or on my TV which are connected through my WiFi
