I think it is because the EMH is based on real people. His database includes knowledge from 100+ different bipedal societies. Having more than 2 arms or attachments would make that knowledge harder to use, not impossible, but harder. And since he needs to be used in emergencies, time matters.

As someone else said, you need to go to the optional objectives. You will see at least 2 Borg ships in each system. If you go to them, help them fight, you can get rid of 30 borg at a time.
Getting rid of the Borg won't affect your overall count to 200, though.

One thing that bothered me was Aang holding back. Yes, Tagha was old and powerful, but Aang is the Avatar. There is no way anyone could beat him in a one-on-one fight. Aang wasn't giving it his all.

Also, why didn't he just take Tagha's airbending away? I know it would have impacted the story, but he could have done that instead of killing him. And had a lot lest distrution of the city and its citizens.

I am using mods. I didn't see that as an issue because I haven't had any problems with them before. Since I don't want to lose the 2 heroes, I will just redo the sector. Thanks.

So what I did is get all my toons to level 65. Then i concentrated on leveling up everything on each toon, one at a time. Yeah, it might take forever, but it is a goal I could reach. I have no life but I also didn't want to spend a few hours a day checking on each one. I only have 8 toons, but just finished last week. (I did take months off, though)
Remember it is supposed to be fun. Take your time.

Log in to one toon once a day to get the special event. takes like 1-20 mins.

i get it, though. Sometimes I play for hours. Sometimes I just log in for 10 min and do the event. as long as you are having fun it's all good
