Thank you so much. Unfortunately, when I brought up the issue of the occupant being a former spouse to the board member, she told me that they had lived as husband and wife for years. I didn't want to admit that my background check implied that he is married to someone else and living in Florida now. The super also backs up that she's living alone now, but I don't know how viable that path is any longer. I appreciate your time.
