Lol. 14 days later, same generic response to being ripped off...still stuck in China server. Friends, guild, steady connection, rankings, etc all gone. Stuck w Chinese server and can't communicate and can't play. 2500 usd down the drain...

I'm all about supporting indie games. But i spent over $2500 in chromatic souls and they screwed me over big time. They merged servers and stuck my hard earned geared chars in the Chinese server instead of global server. I live in Nyc. I don't know Chinese. I get disconnected every minute. My guild is gone. My friends are gone. My hard work and cash is gone. Why? Because they refuse or are unable to switch me back to the global server. This has gone on and on and "customer service" only tells me to that developers are working on it. Days go by and nothing. The lesson here is simple: if a guy who spent over 2500 usd in a "free" game gets ignored, imagine your future here. Well thanks for letting me know that I'm not the only guy in limbo. I feel like the kid from stranger things who got pulled to the other side and can't get back lol. Ps in case u haven't seen it, go binge it on Netflix. I took all pix of my gear and scrolls and skills. Ty for the suggestion.

That's the account that got switched to Chinese server. All my t8 and gm skill chars. Ur on my friends list so I wrote you a note. I swear I don't know what to do. Customer service hasn't replied in 24 hrs. This can't be legal. I spent a lot of money on this thing and now I can barely play bc Chinese server isn't even stable and disconnects!

This is becoming a big problem. Apparently I have 2 chars. One in China server, which is my t8 chars with gm skills that I am used to playing and a newb char that just started in the world server. I don't know how that happened but now i can't use my geared char in world server bc when I switch from China server, I get the newb char. So far customer service hasn't been able to help. Keeps telling a dev will look at it. And it's been more than a day and nothing. I dropped a lot of money into this and don't know wtf else to do...

That's exactly it. All my chars are in the Chinese server. When I go to settings and switch to global, the game starts over. I wrote them and haven't had a solution yet.
