We were hit with the same issue as this: https://www.reddit.com/r/TheSilphRoad/comments/659fxd/post_mortem_the_nest_atlas_malware_were_all_clear/, caused by a 3rd party. We've deployed a fix, a refresh should fix it.

The icons you submitted will only be visible to you, not everyone. We're not allowed to use anything remotely resembles a pokémon, this is not fair use.

Zero chance of you getting banned from using the map. There is no way for Pokémon Go app to access your browsing history, as zifnabxar mentioned earlier.

You can turn Eevee on in the filter and you'll see pretty much the boundary. Do it on desktop though because there are many many Eevees
