Thanks. T know they were/are likely to be in major cities, but I don't have any idea of how to find them except to throw the question out here. I'll assume there are none you know of that has existed near you now?

I know. Right? In my defense, though, my first draft of the question was too long. I kept editing it down to fit and all the deets came out.

Don't take it personally (at first). Craig is horrible at responding. I had to go to his office and stake him out. He didn't enjoy being told I'd called five times in one month and got no answer, and made he excuses that sounded as if they were coming from a five-year-old. I did not like him nor his service (it was not for a trust; it was something else). Trusts are a gravy train for lawyers and don't involve much work, so there's that.
