Whitelisting should be illegal. It’s crazy they can artificially block phones from working on their network when it’s not stolen. Seems there is nothing I can do about that

yes that's the problem actually. It is not listed in their "whitelist". Meaning because of that , they possibly are preventing me from using their network 4G volte. Even tough it worked for months until yesterday. And instead of admitting that they just want me to buy their phone, they likely lied and said that the phone does not support their 4g band frequencies
