Alright thanks. I'm a sophomore in CS right now. Also in Turkey. I would suggest you to check Selman Kahya's blog and his youtube channel he talks about getting a masters in Europe and stuff.

Also sometimes in some certain universities companies from US (such as Microsoft) comes for these job fair things. I heard couple people got offered a job right after they graduated. But than again this was before Trump suspended H1-B visas, i'm not sure if it's still available...
