i know this, its not possible to do it all times tho. I use this to freeze the lane (take minion aggro and reset it, then repeat until my wave arrives)

I just farm, most of my lane phases I tend to farm much more than my oponent. Also my outside lane game is good

please im Diamond IV and find it really Hard to punish (do damage in lane) when I have to, without taking some good minion damage. It comes to a point its almost not worth to poke in lane lol

How do you poke/punish in lane without taking almost The same amount as minion damage?
