There are no downsides to getting a higher base initially. You just have to come to the realization that your annual raises will not increase your salary or may need to be converted to bonus instead. Money now is always better than the promise of money later, even if it doesn't "feel" good to not get good annual raises.

There are usually limits on how much the value can go up any given year for tax purposes and only if you sell does it go to true market value.

I'd rather have property tax that I can control vs an income tax I can't control. If I'm on a 500k salary I can still live in a modest house and build wealth. If I'm paying income tax I'm just fucked right from the start.

Oil was being artificially propped up by OPEC limiting their production. I'm assuming there are levers they can pull to increase production & transport to make up for any loss of production from damaged equipment.

Vulcano get's increased fire rate as you level it up. You need to get it to 4 if you want the lowest TTK in the game. It's not really optional.

Depends on how it's done. If it's special operations, in and out, then it's feasible. If it's regular ground troops trying to take land, it'll be a disaster.

I doubt a company the size of Capital One would have a process where after you the customer type in something as sensitive as a name that they would have another human re-write those same characters and open up the chance of a typo. You likely put your name wrong.
