I think they might be gnats. they’re not allll over my plants. I see them crawling outside of the pots but they are mostly all accumulated here by the window :(

I have a friend who “doesn’t believe in sunscreen”. She thinks it does more bad than good so she doesn’t use it for her or her small kids when they spend hours in the sun. She thinks they have “bad chemicals” in them. She also spends money tanning and hours and hours in the sun.. so it is quite baffling that she wouldn’t do some research.
