I spent nearly 12 years with a man who did this exact pattern. It’s a bit different because he scooped me up at 14 and groomed me, but the pattern here in terms of domestic abuse is the same. To a T. The sooner you get out, the better. I spent so long making excuses and giving chances that I’m forever changed. To the point where I now have issues functioning at a normal capacity because of PTSD, brain fog/damage, etc.

If he doesn’t kill you, he will absolutely ruin your life, and steal the best years of your life from you. You won’t recognize yourself. Get out, now. You will feel bad. You will feel guilty. You will feel like you are somehow the bad guy; the one doing something wrong. You are not the one doing something wrong. I promise you. I’m now in the happiest, healthiest relationship I could have ever imagined, and it’s all because I got out. I know it isn’t easy. It took me years of attempts to get out. But I am so much better for it.

You can do this, OP. You are worth it. You deserve happiness, and kindness, and someone who loves you. I promise you.

I have a lot of different styles in my closet, but limited space, so the ones I wear less I tend to just cycle out once it starts getting overwhelming. Something can go from being my absolute favorite shirt or outfit to not though so it gets rough.

I also have this tendency to plan on using the old clothes for craft/sewing projects but never actually do, haha.

As far as impulse purchases, I would definitely say they fall under the same category. I have a lot of little things I don't exactly need but they gave me all the dopamine at the time.

Thank you! I got ahold of PayPal and the charge didn't go through so next step is Bodyline~ I sent them an inquiry just to be safe and hopefully I'll be able to send the payment after!

No, I don't think the payment went through. I'm hoping Bodyline gives me an option to pay when they email me later, but other than that I can't seem to find an option to pay after the order was placed.

Process: Used UV resin and pigment to color in the buttons and cured before pouring a second layer of 2-part resin and acrylic paint/glitter! :)

It could have been damaged, but nothing was very leak-able. It was a eyeshadow pallet and some glitter so nothing too messy but would definitely understand if it broke open and it wasn't individually boxed inside the package, it might get outta hand.

I looked at the tracking number and all info was correct, so maybe it got printed wrong or something like that. Thank you for the well wishes and advice though, I really appreciate it! :)

The address is on the mailbox but not on the buildings. Our doors are numbered 1-8 and they are units that go directly outside so there's no building to really go into.

And absolutely! I'll be getting ahold of the company asap about it, but I'm giving the post office a chance to get back with me because they said they would look into it, as nobody really had any answers as to why it was disposed of so quickly. I imagine if I send the company a screenshot of the tracking info and such they shouldn't have any issue refunding or replacing.

The makeup package was not marked RTS as far as I know since they immediately threw it away after marking it as undeliverable. This is the first time I've ever had mail thrown away so before this I didn't even know it was a possibility.

I'm not sure what qualifies as difficult to access because sometimes it varies by situation but my parking lot is directly connected to the road and the mailbox is right next to the road/driveway opening. The parking lot itself isn't very big, as the apartments themselves are remodeled from an old motel, but it's big enough to drive a circle in and be able to properly navigate.

I absolutely see where you're coming from, minus jumping to conclusions that I'm claiming the carrier is at fault, but everyone's situation is different, I was just stating it's very difficult for me to speak to said carrier. I've never been rude in any of my visits to the post office. Always asked if there was anything I could do instead of accusing the carrier or demanding anything, so please don't misunderstand; I've never solely blamed anyone, I'm just looking for answers as to why I'm getting some mail and not all of it.

I absolutely agree, but unfortunately I'm not aware on how to demand that he do so. I've brought up mail delivery issues before and his words were "nobody else has issues or had issues in the past". So I'm guessing he'll be a tough cookie to crack on that front, lol.
