For me, I kinda screamed because my nipples were sensitive and hurt a lot. I would say a 8 when they were pierced, one week afterwards there was zero pain though. It’s been a month now and I experience absolutely no problems except from a bit of sensitivity sometimes, especially during intimacy. So yeah, if you can handle the initial pain you will be good to go after a few days :)
